柴油机喷油过程参数获取的数值方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用内燃机整机工作过程一维仿真分析,通过数值计算多方案比较来得到最优喷油过程参数。对1台喷油过程参数未知的高压共轨柴油机的工作过程进行仿真和台架试验对比,结果表明,该柴油机的动力性、经济性和NOx排放性能在计算最优折中喷油过程参数点处与实测性能基本吻合,间接验证了仿真分析获取的喷油过程参数即为满足柴油机各性能的最优喷油过程参数。 With one-dimensional simulation and analysis of internal combustion engine working process, the optimized injection parameters were acquired by numerical calculation and multi-scheme comparison. For a high-pressure common rail diesel engine with unknown injection parameters, the simulation and test of its working process were compared. The results show that the power, fuel economy and NOx emission of simulation agree with those of experiment at the point of calculated optimal iniection parameter, which indirectly proves that the injection parameters from the simulation are the optimal ones of diesel engine.
