摘要
研究了改进型气缸盖温度场的分布情况及变化规律,并与产品气缸盖关键部位的温度分布进行了比较,结果表明,改进后的设计基本达到预期目标。为获得更好的效果,又对备选方案进行了试验比较。试验结果表明,合理的气缸盖整体缩孔方案虽然使水流分布更加合理,但因内部流动阻力增大导致气缸盖底面温度普遍增高4~10℃,可通过更换水泵使其温度降低至与改进型气缸盖相近水平。
The temperature distribution of improved cylinder head was researched and was compared with the key part temperature distribution of produced cylinder head, which proved that the design of improved cylinder head reached the expected goal. In order to acquire better results, the other alternative schemes were compared by the experiment. The test results show the reasonable cylinder head whole shrinkage makes water flow distribution more reasonable, but result in the cylinder head base surface temperature increased by 4-10℃ because of the flow resistance increase, which can be solved through replacing the pump.
