摘要
自主开发了一套发动机信号模拟发生装置,该装置应用ATmega16L单片机进行开发,通过滑动变阻器旋钮可以在线修改各路传感器信号的模拟输出,并能够将传感器信号的量值实时地显示在数码管上,同时还可以通过串行通信接口将信号量值回传到PC机上,便于用户的监控与调试;该装置既可以采用12 V外部电源供电,又可以采用PC机上的USB接口供电;软件程序采用C语言进行编写。试验结果表明,自主开发的发动机信号模拟发生装置能够灵活地输出发动机传感器的组合模拟信号,对发动机ECU软件逻辑调试和故障测试起到了良好的辅助作用。
A set of engine simulation generator was self-developed on the base of ATmega16L MCU. The analog outputs of all sensor signals could be modified online by the slide rheostat, and the sensor signal values could be real-time displayed on the nixie tube. Meanwhile, the sensor signal values could be sent to the computer through the serial communication interface, which was available for customer monitoring and debugging. The supply method of generator could be 12 V external power or USB interface power. The software was compiled with C language. The results show that all kinds of combined analog signals can be produced flexibly by self-developed simulating device. The device will play an excellent auxiliary role in ECU software logical debugging and fault testing.
