任意光强和温度下的硅太阳电池非线性工程简化数学模型 被引量:98

摘要 建立太阳电池数学模型对于太阳电池的特性研究、光伏发电系统的数字仿真和优化设计等具有非常重要的意义。基于硅太阳电池的理论数学模型,忽略一些次要因素的影响得到其非线性工程简化数学模型。该模型仅利用太阳电池生产厂商提供的在标准测试条件下的4个电气参数(I_(sc),V_(oc),I_m和V_m),且通过引入相应补偿系数来考虑太阳光强和电池温度任意变化时对输出电气特性的影响。利用matlab/simulink模块搭建了仿真模型,将模型仿真结果与实际太阳电池阵列的实验测量结果进行比较,结果表明,该模型的误差一般都在工程允许的6%以下,达到工程应用精度要求。 Establishment of solar cell mathematical models is very important in characteristics research of solar cell , simulation of photovoltaic power generation system and its optimization design, etc. Based on the mathematical model of solar cell, its non-linear engineering analysis simplification model was built by neglecting the influence of some minor factors. The model uses only four electrical parameters (short-circuit current I_sc ; open-circuit voltage V_oc ; current of maximum power point I_m and voltage of maximum power point V_m under standard test conditions) provided by manufactures. The Influence of variational solar radiation and solar cell temperature on electrical output characteristics of solar cells was taken into account with three additional compensation parameters. Simulation model was built by using matlab/simulink module. According to the comparison between experimental date of silicon PV army and simulation date of the model, the difference between the real curve and the proposed fit was found to be less than 6 percent for various combinations of solar radiation and temperature. The accuracy of the model is sufficient for most practical engineering cases.
