摘要
目的:考察萸连巴布膏的体外释放和透皮行为和规律。方法:试验采用改良Franz扩散装置,用HPLC法使用1种流动相测定接收液中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、巴马汀、小檗碱4种指标成分的含量。结果:吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、巴马汀、小檗碱释放速率分别为0.0239,0.0156,0.0725,0.8191 mg.cm-2.h-1/2;透皮速率分别为1.256,1.0302,2.8029,20.919μg.cm-2.h-1。结论:萸连巴布剂的体外释放符合Higuchi方程,透皮行为为零级过程。
Objective: To investigate the regularity of Yulian Cataplasm in vitro release and transdermal behaviors. Method: Improved Franz diffusion devices was used with four index ingredients as evodiamine, ruraecarpine, palmatine and berberine that were determined by HPLC in one mobile phase. Result: The release rates of evodiamine, rutaecarpine, palmatine and berberine were 0. 023 9, 0. 015 6, 0. 072 5, 0. 819 1 mg . cm^-2 . h^-1/2 ,respectivley. The transdermal rates of evodiamine, rutaecarpine, palmatine and berberine were 1. 256, 1. 030 2, 2. 802 9, 20. 919μg.cm^-2 . h^-1, respectively. Conclusion: The releasing process of all index is in accordance with Higuchi equation and the transdermal proccess is in accordance with zero-level equation.
