摘要
阻隔控制作为应急控制的一种非常有效的方法,已经在电力系统和疾病控制等实际领域中被大量采用.在已有的具体工程实践方法基础上,进一步引入一般意义下基于系统分割的阻隔控制概念.利用图论理论讨论了在应急状态下大系统的分割问题,得到了可选和可行阻隔控制策略满足的必要条件.此外还给出了代价最优和时间优先两类阻隔控制实施方案,分别讨论了在网络蠕虫爆发控制和电力系统解列中的应用.
As one of the most effective strategies for emergency control, isolation control has been widely employed in various practical fields such as electrical power systems and epidemic control. Referring to the existing engineering methodologies, a general concept of isolation control is introduced in this paper based on system islanding. By using graph theory, the islanding problems of large system under emergency are discussed. And the necessary conditions of optional isolation strategy and feasible isolation strategy are proposed. Moreover, both optimal cost scheme and time primary scheme are proposed and employed in network worm outbreak control and power system splitting, respectively.
