摘要 以政府信息化为例,用因果关系图系统思考了政府信息化中的群体行为,并利用多智能体方法建立起政府信息化群体行为模型——EGGBM,借助Repast智能体仿真实现了模拟系统,提出了详细的模型验证的实验过程,并对模型的应用给出了例子.结果表明,EGGBM可为政府信息化的管理决策提供辅助依据,是政府信息化中群体行为研究的一种全新尝试. Using E-government as an example, to analyze the group behavior in IT implementation, causal reasoning is used to diseribe the behavior systematically, and an agent-based simulation model-- E-goverment group behavior model(EGGBM) is proposed. In the implementation of this model, Repast agent simulation is used to realize the simulation system and a simulation software system is developed by using Java language. The validation experiments indicate that this model can match the real situation. Therefore, it is concluded that EGGBM can help decision-makers to decide which measure is suitable for e-government. EGGBM is a new effort for the research of group behavior in government.
