摘要 基于GIS(地理信息系统)的畜牧综合管理平台旨在建立一个包含动物防检疫信息管理、交易屠宰信息管理、疫病防控管理等等的综合体系平台。在疫情发生时利用网上协同办公、手机短信、视频会议、智能报表工具等现代化手段对动物疫情进行分析、布控等处理,使由疫情所产生的损失降到最低。
