高校体育教师职业化评价与职业化指数初步研究

Tentative Research of Professional Evaluation and Index of P.E.Teachers in Higher-Learning Institutions

通过对现有文献的梳理以及前期对高校体育教师能力素质模式研究,提出高校体育教师职业化评价指标体系的架构以及所选取的指标,然后在运用特尔菲法和层次分析法以及对数最小二乘法求权重方法计算高校体育教师职业化指数,并对其将来高校体育教师职业化指数的运用提出一些建议。

Based on the survey of existing literature and prior research of the ability and quality of P. E. teachers in higher- learning institutions, this article proposes the structure and index for professional evaluation and then applies Delphi method and AHP as well as the number of least squares method to calculate the professional index and gives suggestions as to the application of professional index in the future.
