偏钒酸铵对大鼠空肠组织结构的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Ammoniummeta Vanadate on Tissue Structure of Jejunum in Rats

摘要 目的研究偏钒酸铵对SD大鼠空肠组织结构的影响。方法将112只健康清洁级SD大鼠随机分为偏钒酸铵高剂量(60mg/L)、中剂量(40mg/L)、低剂量(20mg/L)染毒组和对照组(蒸馏水),每组28只,雌雄各半,自由饮水染毒,连续染毒8周。于染毒第4、8周,测量空肠绒毛的长度、肠腺深度及肠壁厚度,计算绒毛长度与肠腺深度的比值,并观察空肠病理组织结构。结果随偏钒酸铵染毒剂量的增加,SD大鼠体重以及空肠绒毛长度、肠腺深度和肠壁厚度呈下降趋势,绒毛长度与肠腺深度的比值较低,差异多有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。病理学观察结果显示,偏钒酸铵可使空肠绒毛上皮细胞脱落,微绒毛损伤、变短并脱落,线粒体和内质网数量减少、结构破坏。结论偏钒酸铵钒对SD大鼠空肠黏膜具有明显的毒性作用。 Objective To study the influence of ammoniummeta vanadate on the histological structure of jejunum of rats. Methods One hundred and twelve heahhy and clean SD rats were randomly divided into the high dosage (60 mg/L),the moderate dosage(40 rag/L), the low dosage(20 mg/L) and the control group(distilled water), 28 in each group, the males and females in the same number,the administration was conducted through drinking water,for 8 consecutive weeks. In the 4th and 8th weeks,the length of jejunum villus, the depth of jejunum gland and the thickness of jejunum wall were measured, the ratio of villus length and gland depth were counted and the pathological examination was done. Results With the increase of ammoniummeta vanadate,the weight of SD rats,the jejunum villus length, the depth of the jejunum gland, the wall thickness had showed a downward trend,the ratio of villus length and gland depth were significantly lower (P〈0.05, P〈0.01).The pathological examination showed that the jejunum villus epithelial cells could be separated,microvillus damaged,loss and shorter,mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum decreased, structure damaged. Conclusion Ammoniummeta vanadate has obvious toxicity to the jejunum mucous membrane in SD rats.
