摘要
按照修复手术需求,使用Mimics软件对患者的CT图像逐层处理,得到上、下颌骨及腓骨的三维表面几何数据,再使用Magics软件对所得到的数据做模型方位摆放和支撑施加等进一步的处理,使其能被快速成形设备所接受,然后采用光固化成形方法制作患者头颅骨、下颌骨及用于手术修复的患者腓骨的骨骼原型,旨在将其用于手术前演练和手术过程指导,提高手术成功率。
According to the requirement of repair surgery, implementing the software named Mimics, the patient's CT images is processed layer by layer, to get the three-dimensional external geometric date of upper jaw, lower jaw and fibular. And then, further processing is carried out through the other kind of software Magics, to generate the data that can be accepted by the RP equip- ment. Finally, the prototypes of the head, the lower jaw and the calf fibula are fabricated by the stere- olithography method in order to use the models to train and instruct the surgery, so that the operation can be more efficient.
