摘要
分析了塑料管接头零件的结构特点和工艺特性,通过对模具结构的优化设计,采用二次抽芯结构的设计及计算方法,保证了塑件顺利成形。实践证明,此机构设计合理,安全可靠,自动化程度高,能满足制件要求。
The cheracteristics of structure and processing for plastic part of pipe connection was analyzed. The structure of secondary drawing-core structure and its calculation were workable. The optimized design of injction mold was applied in practice. It indicated that the secondary drawing-core structure for the injcetion mold is reasonable, and with high safty, credibility and automatization. It meet the requiement of pipe connection in industrial production.
