摘要 目的:研究羟基磷灰石/骨碎补复合材料修复骨缺损的效果。方法:大白兔双侧下颌骨形成人工骨缺损,植入羟基磷灰石/骨碎补复合材料及对照材料,进行X线片、组织学、扫描电镜等方法观察,结果进行比较。结果:修复区密度,4、8、12、16周密度逐渐减小,存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。组织学观察,随时间延长新骨呈渐进性成熟,扫描电镜观察也证实了新生骨呈渐进性成熟过程。实验组骨缺损修复程度优于各对照组材料。结论:羟基磷灰石/骨碎补复合材料有明显促进骨缺损修复的作用。 Objective.To investigate the effect of hydroxyapatite/ rhizoma drynariae composite material on bone defect repairing. Methods:In the rabbits,bilateral mandibular bone defects were made and rhizoma drynariae composite material was implanted. X--ray, histological observation and scanning electron microscope were used for observation and comparison. Results:Bone density measurement showed the density of bone defect was gradually decreased at Weeks 4,8,12 and 16,with a significant difference (P 〈 0.01). Histological observation showed the gradual mature new bone with time lasting. Scanning electron microscope also confirmed the gradual mature process of new bone. The experimental group showed better bone defect repairing in the repairing mate- rial compared with the other materials. Conclusion. Hydroxyapatite/rhizoma drynariae composite material can significantly promote the effect of bone defect repairing.
