摘要 目的:比较松风遮色瓷和体瓷与氧化锆支架材料的结合性能,并研究不同表面处理对氧化锆与松风饰瓷结合性能的影响。方法:选用Vintage alpha瓷,通过粉浆涂塑法与成品氧化锆支架材料进行烧结,通过肉眼观察,扫描电镜,能谱分析,热冲击试验等方法,研究其烧结结合情况。并测试界面抗剪切强度,对其结果进行方差分析。结果:氧化锆支架材料与松风瓷能达到良好的烧结效果。能谱分析结果显示,两者存在化学结合,抗热冲击试验中试件开裂温度差ΔT>240℃。界面结合剪切强度测试结果显示,遮色瓷组均优于体瓷组(P<0.01),不同表面处理方法对剪切强度亦有影响,砂纸组抗剪切强度最高,机械喷砂组优于未处理组,各组结果间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:松风遮色瓷与氧化锆支架材料结合性能优于体瓷。结合临床实际,机械喷砂处理后,松风体瓷能够与氧化锆支架材料达到良好匹配。 Objective:To compare the bonding properties of Vintage alpha opaque and dentin to 3Y--TZP, and to study the effect of different surface treatments to the bonding. Methods :Vintage alpha was sintered onto the surface of the 3Y--TZP material by slip casting method. The visual observation,SEM,energy distribution spectrum and thermal shock tests were applied to study the bonding of sintering. Shear strength of anti--interface were measured,and the results were analysed by ANOVA method. Results: A satisfactory result was obtained in Vintage alpha sintered on the 3Y--TZP scaffold. Furthermore,chemical combination between the two laminates was confirmed by means of energy distribution spectrum, specimen cracking temperature difference △T〉240℃ in the thermal shock test. The results of shearing bond strength test show that the opaque porcelain groups were better than dentin--groups (P 〈 0.01) ,and different surface treatment techniques also affected the shearing strength. Water sandpaper groups obtained the highest shearing strength and sandblast groups were better than the untreated groups, with a significant inter--group difference (P 〈 0.01) . Conclusion:The bonding properties of Vintage alpha opaque to 3Y--TZP is better than dentin. Clinical practice could be carried out on Vintage alpha dentin and 3Y--TZP under conditioning with sandblast.
