Determination of Baicalin in Biyan Syrup by HPLC

目的：用高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎糖浆中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱，以甲醇-0．4％磷酸（48：52）为流动相．流速1．0mL／min，检测波长为280nm。结果；黄芩苷在49．78～398．2μg／mL范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为99．14％，RSD为0．88％（n=9）。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可有效控制鼻炎糖浆的质量。

Objective：To establish a method for the quantitative determination of Baicalin in Biyan Syrup by HPLC. Methods：We used Diamonsil C18 column, used Methanol--0. 4%Phosoporic acid solution（48： 52） as mobile phase, used lmL.min-1 as the flow rate and used 280nm as detection wavelength. Results：The results showed a good linearity in the range of 49.78-398.2μg/mL（ r = 0. 9997） . The recovery was 99. 14% and RSD was 0.88 %. Conclusion ： The method is sensitive, simple, dependable and accurate, which, therefore, can be used to control the quality of Biyan Syrup.
