摘要
目的:探讨64层螺旋容积扫描(简称VCT)对双耳重度感音性耳聋患者外耳、中耳、内耳立体影像的人工耳蜗植入术前重建。方法:利用64层VCT对19例双耳重度感音性耳聋患者进行了容积扫描及外耳、中耳、内耳影像结构的立体重建。结果:容积扫描及重建的速度快,重建出清晰的外耳、中耳、内耳的结构。结论:64层VCT的容积重建技术可以清楚的显示人工耳蜗植入时所要观察到的外耳道后壁,面神经管走行,砧骨短脚,外半规管,面神经隐窝,镫骨肌腱,鼓岬,圆窗龛,鼓阶,骨迷路及膜迷路。
Objective:To study the stereo--images of external ear,middle ear and inner ear structure of patients with profound sensorineural hearing loss before the cochlear implant. Methods: Nineteen patients with profound sensorineural hearing loss were scanned by 64 slice helical CT and their stereo--images of external ear, middle ear and inner ear were reconstructed. Results:The new type CT had more rapid speed of reconstruction and clearer imaging. Conclusion:The volume reconstructive technique can reveal these structures very clearly which need to be observed in cochlear implantation ,such as external ear and its back wall, facial nerve canal direction,incus short feet ,lateral semicircular canal, facial nerve canal recess,stapes tendon, promontorium tympani, round window niche,tympani scala, bony labyrinth and membranous labyrinth.
