摘要
本文闸述了岩溶地区某住宅楼CFG桩复合地基发生质量事故的实例,介绍了其场地地质条件、原复合地基设计、施工要点及检测结果,分析了质量事故发生的原因,提出了一种经济合理有效的加固处理方案。该方案采用小截面静压预制方桩加固原有的CFG桩复合地基,即形成了多桩型复合地基,介绍了其承载力和变形的计算方法,提出了合理的载荷试验方法。该加固方案取得了预期效果,可为同类复合地基的施工及处理提供借鉴。
The quality accident of the composite foundation with CFG piles in karst area is introduced. The geologic site condition, the original composite foundation design, the main points of construction and the test results are described, and the causes of the accident is analyzed. An economical and reasonable treatment for the foundation strengthening is proposed. In the treatment the static pressed precast piles with small section are adopted to strengthen the existing composite foundation with CFG piles, which form a multi-piles composite foundation. The calculation method on beating capacity and deformation is recommended, and a reasonable method for loading test is put forward. The treatment has gotten the expected effect which could provide the reference for similar engineering.
