Influence of the Special-purpose Oil Phase to the Production Process of Emulsion Explosive

文中基于对专用油相在乳化炸药生产过程中影响因素的对比分析和初步试验认为:专用油相的这三个技术指标(滴溶点、粘度、含油量)是影响乳化炸药生产过程、工艺条件、产品性能、安全性的关键技术指标。

Based on the contrast analysis and the preliminary experiments of the influence factors of the special-purpose oil phase in the emulsion explosive production process, the results show that the there technical indexes drop melting point, viscosity, and oil content of the special-purpese oil phase are found to be the key indexes to influence the production process, the technological conditions, the product performance, and the safety of the emulsion explosive.
