摘要
采用碱性过硫酸钾消解-紫外分光光度法进行污水总氮测定过程中,时常会出现空白值偏高的现象。试验研究了其主要影响因素及其高空白值成因;并采取多波长法设定程序进行数据直读,降低了试验误差,简化了操作过程,实现了批量测定。
The phenomenon of high blank value often appears in the process of total nitrogen (TN) determination with alkaline potassium persulfate digestion-UV spectrophotometric method. Major influencing factors as well as the cause of formation of high blank value were analyzed. By programming on the basis of multiwavelength method, data can be read directly, which can decrease the error, simplify the operating process and make the mass determination.
