摘要
通过利用UASB反应器,考察了COD和亚硫酸盐浓度的比值对烟道气含硫废碱液厌氧消化的影响。实验表明,在HRT为36h,SO32-负荷为0.48~0.56kg/(m·3d),SO32-浓度为800mg/L条件下:COD/SO32-比值决定了SO32-的去除率。当比值为1时,SO32-的还原率为53%;当比值为1.5时,SO32-还原率为68%;比值为2时,SO32-的还原率在80%以上;当比值为3时,SO32-还原率先上升至87%再下降到75%。
Effect of COD and SO3^2- ratio to flue gas biodesulfurization was studied by UASB reactor. Results showed that under the condition of hydraulic retention time 36h, SO3^2- load rate 0.48--0.56kg/(m3·d), SO3^2- concentration 800mg/L, removal rate of SO3^2- was affected by COD/SO32- ratio, with removal efficiency of SO3^2- more than 53%, 68% and 80% at the ratio of 1, 1.5 and 2 respectively. At the ratio of 3, removal efficiency of SO3^2- was first increased to 87%, and then decreased below 75%.
