摘要 介绍了JJD型水管式甲醇合成塔在低压联醇系统中的应用情况,以及该系统的工艺流程、设备配置、催化剂升温还原、实际生产运行和经济效益对比情况。实践表明,JJD型水管式低压甲醇塔具有单塔生产能力大、阻力小、副产中压蒸汽多、循环电耗小、冷却水耗少、升温还原容易、操作控制简单、运行弹性大、催化剂装填容易等优点。 The application of type JJD water-pipe methanol reactor in a low-pressure ammoniamethanol co-production system is given. The process, equipment configuration, temperature reduction of catalyst, industrial operation and economic comparision of the system are presented. The industrial operation shows that type JJD water-pipe methanol reactor is characterized by large production capacity, low resistance, more medium-pressure steam byproduced, less power consumption of circulation, less consumption of cooling water, easy for catalyst reduction, simple for control and operation, elasticity of operation and production, easy for catalyst loading and so on.
