General Situation of Multi-Nozzle Oppositely Placed Coal-Water Slurry Gasification Technology and Equipment

多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术是我国具有自主知识产权的气流床气化技术。简述了多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术的工艺流程,介绍了其中的重要设备情况,除关键的高压煤浆泵、氧阀、锁斗安全阀、DCS和ESD系统建议进口外,其余设备均建议实施国产化。

The multi-nozzle oppositely placed coal-water slurry gasification technology is an entrained bed gasification technology with independent intellectual property at home. An outline is given of its process flow, and some important pieces of equipment are described. With the exception of some key pieces which are to be imported, such as the high-pressure coal slurry pump, oxygen valve, safety valve for the lock hopper, and DCS and ESD systems, all other pieces are to be made at home.
