短梗五加的繁育试验

Breeding Tests of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus

在短梗五加的繁育栽培试验中,对种子催芽、硬枝扦插、嫩枝扦插进行不同的对比试验。结果表明,种子催芽以变温加激动素(k inetin)效果最佳,硬枝扦插宜以枝条和根条浸蘸ATP生根粉或吲哚丁酸(IBA)为主,嫩枝扦插以ATP生根粉加遮阴棚效果最好。

Contrast tests on seed germination,hardwood cutting,softwood cutting of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus were conducted.Result shows that ： the optimal effect for seed germination is obtained with variable temperature＋kinetin;the optimal effect for hardwood cutting is obtained mainly by branch and roots soaked with ATP rooting powder or IBA;the optimal effect for softwood cutting is obtained by ATP rooting powder＋shading shed.
