摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺手术术后并发症的预防方法。方法:对247例甲状腺疾病患者行甲状腺手术的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:发生各种并发症10例,发病率4.0%。声嘶4例,发病率1.6%;低钙血症3例,发病率为1.2%;术后出血、呛咳及声音低沉各1例,发病率均为0.4%。结论:预防甲状腺手术并发症,关键在于能熟悉掌握术中的操作技巧,从而使手术并发症降至最低。
Objective： To discuss preventive methods for complications after thyoridectomy, especially how to preserve recurrent laryngeal nerve and parathyroid gland. Methods： The study summarized 247 patients after thyroidectomy, and observed the postoperative complications. Results： There were 10 complications occurred in 247 cases （4.0%）. Hoarseness was found in 4 cases （4.0%） ; hypocalcemia was 3 cases（ 1.2% ） ; Postoperative bleeding, cough and lowering sound 1 case each, rate of occurring was 0.4%. Conclusion ： The most important point is familiar with the operation skill of dissection to prevent the postoperative complications after thyroideetomy, so that make the thyroidectomy be the most safe.
