摘要 高校体育教学指导思想对高校体育教学活动起方向指导作用,以教学任务为核心的基本观点与认识,是教学活动的根本方向和目标问题。在现阶段,高校体育教学指导思想应以知识技能为先导,以培养体育能力为重点,以身心协调发展为中心,以终身体育为方向,其核心是要树立终身体育的观念。高校体育教学要以终身体育为指导思想,就必须对体育课程进行整体改革,延长体育课程开设的年限,制定手段与方法统一,运动与护养并重,理论与实践相结合的具有时代特征的体育教学大纲,把传授体育知识、技术和技能与科学锻炼身体的方法有机地结合起来,充分发挥体育教学的各种功能,着重培养学生体育能力,树立终身体育观,以培养德、智、体、美全面发展。 The guiding ideology of physical education in universities serves as the guidance for the teaching activities.The basic idea and undersdanding of teaching task as the core are the targets and objectives of teaching activities.At the present stage physical education in universities should regard knowlekge as its guide,ability as its emphasis,corodinative development of the body and mind as its focus and lifelong physical education as its target,among which the core is to foster the concept of lifelong physical education.Physical education in universities,with the purpose of regarding lifelong sports as its guiding ideology,has to be reformed by means of prolonging the years for physical education courses and working out a syllabus that is characterised by the times,attaches equal importance to both sport and health care and combines theory and practice,so as to combine the methods of imparting knowldge,skill and the scientific way of exercising and give a full play to physical education.
