高精度速度标准源是一种提供标准速度的精密装置,根据步进电动机的工作原理和工作方式,信号处理系统采用TMS320F2812作为主控芯片,系统具有动态响应快、速度变化范围大和实时性好等优点。在处理方法上,采用电机控制信号细分技术,使用C语言和汇编的混合编程在DSP上实现。
The high precision velocity standard source was a kind of precise equipment, which was used to supply the standard speed. It was based on the working principle and the working mode of the stepper-motor. TMS320F2812 was used as the main controller in the system and the signal processor. The system had many merits, such as rapid dynamic response, wide range of speed change and real-time operation. The finer division technique of the motor's control signal was the main method for signal processing, which combined the C and the assembly language, and had carried out by DSP.
