摘要
根据异步牵引电动机的结构特点,给出了定子绕组等效导热系数的计算方法,计算了气隙和散热翅的对流换热系数,并以一台异步牵引电动机为例,建立了定子二维温度场的泛函方程,应用Ansys有限元软件计算了异步牵引电动机在空载和额定负载运行状态时的温度场。仿真结果与实际测量值进行比较,验证了所采用计算模型及方法的合理性,为准确计算异步牵引电动机定子温度场提供帮助,得出一些有益的结论。
According to the features of asynchronous traction motors, the method of calculating the equivalent thermal conductivity factor of stator winding was given, and the heat exchanging coefficients of air gap and cooling ribs were calculated. Taking an asynchronous traction motor for example, the function equation of stator 2-D temperature field of the motor operating at no-load and rated load was established and calculated with finite element method. The validity and accuracy of the adopted model and method were verified by comparing the calculated values with tested ones, which could provide help for calculating the stator temperature field of asynchronous traction motors. Finally, helpful conclusions were drawn.
