摘要
根据交流永磁同步电动机的数学模型和矢量控制原理,研究了丝光机多单元同步伺服系统的矢量控制方法,建立了系统的数学模型。设计了控制系统的电流控制器、速度控制器及线速度环参数。在速度环滑模控制器中引入了积分环节,减少了转矩脉动。仿真结果表明,该控制方法具有较强的抗参数摄动和抗干扰能力以及良好的控制性能。
The method of vector control was examined according to the mathematical model and vector control principle of the permanent magnet synchuonous motor. The mathematical model of the system was built, and then a current controller, a speed controller and a line speed link were designed. An integrated component was added to the sliding mode controller of speed loop to reduce the torque ripple. The result of simulation showed that this control method had strong robusthess and good performance.
