摘要
企业社会责任实现机制是推进企业承担社会责任的关键。建立系统化的企业社会责任实现机制,对解决中国企业社会责任推进困境有着极强的紧迫性和必要性。企业社会责任的系统化实现是企业、政府、传媒和消费者等多元主体多重博弈后的平衡结果。借用博弈论,可以建构一个企业社会责任系统化实现机制的理论模型。其中,政府的首要职责是制定规则,完善健全的法律制度和监管体系。传媒应该始终将社会公信力作为首要行为准则,发挥服务企业和监督企业的双重功能。消费者则要强化维权意识,做一个负责任的成熟消费者。作为领导企业的企业家们应强化遵章守法与道德自律的意识,培养企业家的职业精神。同时,应导入企业社会责任标准,按标准和程序做事,在实现自我发展的同时促进社会的繁荣与和谐。
The difficulty and the key problem to promote corporate social responsibility is the systematic realization mechanism. Establishing a systematic realization mechanism is very urgent and necessary to overcome the difficulties of promote the CSR engineering in China, while the mass loss of corporate social responsibility in reality. The systematic realization of corporate social responsibility is the main results of the balance of multi-game among the enterprise, government, media and consumers. And then the theoretical model of systematic realization mechanism, which regulates the relationship among the government, the media, consumers and enterprises, is built on the basis of multi-perspective game analysis. Finally some countermeasures are put forward. Government's primary responsibility is to develop the rules, improve the sound legal system and regulatory system. The media's primary responsibility is to conduct and supervise the enterprises while serve them. Consumers' primary responsibility is to strengthen the rights consciousness and to be responsible mature consumers. Of course, the enterprises should shoulder responsibilities themselves, by strengthening compliance with the law and moral self-discipline, cultivating entrepreneurs' professionalism. At the same time, corporate social responsibility standards should be inputted in the enterprise to achieve sell-development while promoting social stability and harmony.
