摘要 采用自组装单分子生物膜技术(Self-assembled Monolayer,SAM),将带巯基头的35S启动子寡聚核苷酸探针修饰到镀金的Biacore芯片表面,建立了一种简单、快速、灵敏的表面等离子共振(surface Plasmon Resonance,SPR)DNA生物传感检测系统。研究结果表明,优化的表面等离子共振DNA传感器能够成功地用于转基因玉米PCR扩增样品的检测。 In this study, a simple, fast and sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR) DNA biosensor system had been set up using a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) immobilization technique, which based on the direct coupling of thiol-derivatised oligonucleotide 35S promoter probes onto Biacore gold sensor surfaces. The results showed that the optimized surface plasmon resonance DNA sensor system could be successfully applied for the detection of transgenic maize PCR real samples.
