摘要
目的探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠模型鼻中隔粘膜及肺组织中RANTES的表达及分布。方法采用6~7周SD雌性大鼠20只,按体重随机分成对照组和AR组,每组10只。以卵清蛋白致酶激发制成AR模型,制备大鼠鼻腔粘膜和肺组织标志,免疫组织化学技术检测鼻中隔粘膜和肺组织中RANTES的表达及分布。结果与对照组比较,AR组大鼠鼻腔粘膜及肺组织中RANTES的表达明显增强(P<0.01);AR组鼻黏膜和肺组织中的RANTES表达密切相关(r=0.94,P<0.01)。结论变应性鼻炎大鼠模型鼻粘膜和肺组织中均有高表达的RANTES,表明上下呼吸道炎症反应具有明显的一致性和相关性。
Objective To study the expression and distributing of RANTES in nasal mucosa and lung tissue in model of allergic rhinifis. Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into allergic rhinitis( AR)greup and normal control group. Ovalbumin( OVA ) sensitized and challenged rats were used as the model of allergic rbinitis, The expression of RANTES in nasal mucosa and lung tissue was detected by inantmohistnchemistry. Results RANTES positive cell and the expression in nasal mucosa and lung of AR group were significantly higher than that of normal control group( P 〈 0.01 ). The number of RANTES positives cells in nasal mucosa was significantly positively correlated with the number of RANTES positives cells in lung tissue of ARgroup( r = 0.94, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion High expression of RANTES in nasal mucosa and lung tissue of AR of rats,revealed there was distinct consistency and correlation in respect of inflammatory reaction of the upper and lower respiratory tracts.
