表皮细胞移植术联合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价表皮细胞移植术联合308nm准分子光和单用表皮细胞移植术治疗白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法将112例白癜风患者随机分为两组,各56例,对照组单用表皮细胞移植术治疗;治疗组采用表皮细胞移植术治疗,并于术后第4周配合308nm准分子光治疗,每周2次,连续9周。3个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组痊愈27例,总有效率为91.07%;对照组痊愈21例,总有效率为78.5%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论表皮细胞移植术联合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风可以促进皮损色素再生,是一种安全、高效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the epidermal cell transplantation combined with 308nm excirner light treatment of vitiligo. Methods 112 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 56 eases receiving epidermal cell transplantation combined with 308nm excimer light. The control group 56 cases receiving single epidermal cell transplantation . After transplantation 4 weeks with 308nm excimer light 2 times a week 9 weeks. After 3 months observation of efficacy. Results The effective rotes were 91.07% in the treatment group and 78.57% in the control group. Conclusion The study shows that epidermal cell transolantafion combined with 308nm excimer light treatment of vitiligo is safe and efficient.
