鼻饲辅以安慰奶嘴吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受

Using nasal feeding assciateel with snoothing nipple to cure feeding untolerence of premature infant

目的探讨鼻饲辅以安慰奶嘴吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的治疗效果。方法对56例早产儿分为观察组(28例)、对照组(28例),所有早产儿均以鼻饲管喂养。观察组在每次鼻饲前15min予安慰奶嘴吸吮10min。结果观察组喂养不耐受率低于对照组。结论在胃管喂养的同时辅以安慰奶嘴吸吮有助于早产儿缩短静脉营养和胃管喂养到口服喂养的时间,减少喂养不耐受等并发症的发生,缩短了住院天数。

Objective Discuss the results of using nasal feeding associated with snoothing nipple to cure feeding untolerence of premature infant.Methods Ddivided 56 premature infants into two group, treated group（28） and compared group （28） all treated group use nasal feeding. Results rate of feeding tm-tolerenee in treated group is lower than in compared group. Conclusion nasal feeding associated with snoothing nipple help premature infants to reduce time of nutrition absorbing from stomach to vein, reducing the chance of feeding un-tolence of premature infants shorted the hospital days of premature infants.
