县域旅游资源定量评价与整合开发策略——以湘西古丈、永顺两县为例

Quantitatively Evaluation of Tourism Resources and Integrated Exploitation Strategies in County Regions——Taking Guzhang and Yongshun County as an Example

根据参加旅游策划的实践,构建了湘西古丈、永顺两县旅游资源定量评价指标体系。运用特尔菲法、层次分析法和模糊综合评判法,以永顺县小溪景区为例对其主要旅游资源进行了定量分析评价,并根据评价结果提出了该区域旅游资源整合开发的相应策略,以期解决两县旅游开发中的区域竞争与协作等问题。

According to the practical experience of participating in tourism planning, this article firstly set up an evaluation index system of tourism resources in Guzhang and Yongshun County, west of Hunan Province. Furthermore, taking Xiaoxi Scenic Spot of Yongshun County as an example, the author used Delphi, analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the main tourism resources of Guzhang and Yongshun County quantitatively. Finally, based on the result of evaluation, a series of integrated exploitation strategies of tourism resources in this region were put forward to solve the issue about the cooperation and competetion in regional tourism development.
