摘要
无景点旅游是与传统景点旅游相对应的一种全新的旅游方式。它是在旅游者旅游意识、消费观念等内在因素和旅游大市场如旅行社、旅游景点、导游等外在原因共同作用下产生的。为了更好地适应无景点旅游的发展,需要对现有的导游管理模式做出改变,导游的工作重心也应由传统的景点讲解向游览向导转变,提高导游野外生存技巧和实际动手操作能力,增强组织协调和化解冲突的能力,加大保障旅游者的人身安全问题。
Compared to the traditional attraction tourism, the attractionless tourism was a brand new travel method. It took place by the inner effects such as tourists' travel consciousness, consume conception and outer effects including guide, travel agency, tourist spot and so on. To adapt the attractionless tourism' s development, the manage mode of the tom'ist guide should be improved, the main task of the tourist guide was guidance rather than scenery explain, the guide' s skill of the field survival and practice ability should be improve. What' s more, the guide were required to strengthen the organization and coordination capability and increase the skills on settling the conflicts,be care of the tourist's safe and life issues.
