摘要
应用型本科院校的人才培养应强调理论教学与实践教学并重,但当前应用型本科院校的实践教学却比较薄弱,主要是因为对自身的人才培养定位不清、实践教学环节管理规范化程度不高、教师实践技能和实践经验不足。为此,提出明确应用型本科教育的人才培养定位、确保实践教学的学时、引进适合于实践教学的优秀师资、构建科学的实践教学评估体系、加强实践基地建设等多种措施与建议。
Application-oriented educational institutions should emphasize an equal attention to both theory and practice, but actually the fact is that the practical teaching in the institutions is rather hindered behind the requirement, which is mainly because of their ambiguous teaching orientation, substandard management of the practical teaching, and the teachers' lack of practical skills and experience. The paper hence puts forward proposals and measures in terms of setting localized educational orientation, ensuring the regular hours for the practical training, introducing qualified teachers with competence at the practical teaching, building a scientific evaluation, and establishing bases for the practical trainings.
