法律观念是人们对于法和法律现象的比较自觉、比较稳定的认识和评价,包括对法的本质、作用的看法,对现行法的要求和态度以及对人们某些行为是否合法的评价等。在新的历史时期,要想实现社会主义的和谐,就必须依靠法治,依靠现代化的法律观念从立法、执法、司法等多方面来协调社会主体的利益冲突和矛盾,从而达到和谐。

So we must put it in a great set of the socialism harmonious society to study. Now, making the harmonious society come ture should restort to the legal system and the modernized ideas of law to harmonize the social contradiction to be real harmonious.
