Take-off Weight Calculation Method for Civil Airplanes

摘要 推导了一种在概念设计阶段快速估算大型民用客机起飞重量的方法,针对近年来新型民用飞机的设计数据对计算公式的系数进行了重新修正,从而更加准确估算未来民用客机设计起飞重量。对该方法的收敛性以及解的存在性进行了分析。以中国将进行研制的干线民用客机为例,对该计算方法的有效性进行了实际的计算验证,分析了起飞重量的合理取值范围。其计算方法以及计算结果对中国未来干线民用客机的设计具有直接参考价值。 A method for determining civil airplane take-off weight for a given mission profile is presented which can rapidly estimate the weight of a large civil airplane in the conceptual design process for the manufacture of airplanes. The coefficients in the calculation formula are revised based on the design data of recent commercial airplanes to predict the weight more precisely. Existence of the solutions by this method and the convergence property of this method are also justified in this article. The estimation method is verified by a design example of an arterial civil airplane for China. The reasonable range of the calculation result of the airplane is also discussed in the article. These results can be of direct value to future design for China's civil airplane project.
