摘要
采用液相离子交换制备了Cu(Ⅱ)Y,在高温N2氛条件下使其自动还原为Cu(I)Y。在不同条件下对Cu(I)Y进行了静态吸附脱硫测试,考察了在室温下,不同温度、时间、液固质量比对CuY分子筛吸附脱硫性能的影响,样品中的硫含量通过微库仑综合分析仪进行测定。同时系统比较了Cu(I)Y和Cu(Ⅱ)Y吸附脱硫性能。结果表明,温度为70℃,吸附时间为6h,液固质量比为60∶1的条件下,Cu(I)Y对噻吩(T)溶液的脱硫效果最好,且Cu(I)Y分子筛的脱硫效果要明显好于Cu(Ⅱ)Y分子筛。
Static adsorption desulfurization of a model fuel on CuY prepared by liquid ion exchange had been carried out at differ- ent temperatures, different times and different ratios of the fuel/sorbent. The crystallinity and the exchange extent of the sodium i- ons were analyzed by XRD and ICP. The sulfur content of model fuels was analyzed by microcottlometry. When the conditions of adsorption desulfurization are 6 h,70 ℃ ,and mass ratio of fuel and solid 60: 1 ,the result of desulfurization to thiophene solution is the best. Furthermore,The effect of Cu(I)Y is better than Cu(II) Y.
