分析了三聚氰胺反应器的投料工况,总结归纳出3万t三聚氰胺反应器的投料条件和投料的最佳负荷为:反应器压力8.0MPa,投料负荷为27%,投料温度为400℃,加氨量为780～800kg/h。

The feeding operating conditions of the melamine reactor batch were analyzed. The results showed that the feeding con- ditions and the best feeding load of 30 kt melamine reactor are as follows： Reactor pressure is 8.0 MPa, the feeding load is 27%, the feeding temperature is at 400 ℃, the ammonia dosage is 780 -800 kg/h.
