分光光度法测定农药中间体中的微量铁

Determination of Trace Iron in Pesticide Intermediate by Spectrophometery

建立了用分光光度法测定农药中间体中微量铁的方法。结果表明,在选定的条件下,Fe2+的浓度和吸光度呈良好的线性关系。该法准确、重现性好、操作简单。

A new method was proposed for determination of trace iron in pesticide intermediate by spectrophometry. The determi- nation result shows that under the chosen experimental conditions, there is a linear relationship between Fe2 ＋ concentration and absorbance, the method has high accuracy, good repeatability and simple operation.
