摘要
采用时间分辩的发光光谱技术,测量了新合成的钌配合物[Ru(phen)2(7-CH3-dppz)]2+与小牛胸腺DNA相互作用的瞬态发光动力学过程,并与以往研究的配合物[Ru(phen)2(dppz)]2+和[Ru(phen)2(dppx)]2+的瞬态发光特性进行对比,更全面地研究了甲基对钌配合物与DNA相互作用的瞬态发光特性的影响.[Ru(phen)2(7-CH3-dppz)]2+的结构介于[Ru(phen)2(dppz)]2+和[Ru(phen)2(dppx)]2+之间,但发光寿命却比这两种配合物短,表明了甲基的疏水性、空间位阻及推电子能力对配合物的发光寿命均有影响.该结论为进一步研究配合物分子与DNA的相互作用的机理提供了一定的依据.
The effects of the methyl on transient luminescence properties in ruthenium complexes bonding to DNA was studied. A new kind of ruthenium complex [Ru(phen)2(7-CH3-dppz)]2+ in bond to calf thymus DNA was got by using time resolved spectroscopic technology to measure the transient luminescence kinetics process, and compared with the transient luminescence kinetics process of two kinds of former research complexes [Ru(phen)2(dppz)]2+ and [Ru(phen)e(dppx)]^2+.Molecular structure of the complex [Ru(phen)2 (7 CH3 dppz)]2+ is between [Ru(phen)2 (dppz)]2+ and [Ru(phen)2 (dppx)]2+,but its luminescence lifetime is shorter than the later two. It shows that the luminescence lifetime of the complexes is relations has some relations with the steric hindrance effect,hydrophobic property,and electron pushing ability of the methyl. The conclusion offers an argument to study the interaction mechanism for the complex bonds to DNA.
