为了进一步探讨"举国体制"的相关问题,在广泛引证的基础上提出以下观点:体教结合策略决定了举国体制的完善方向;教育系统内的体育后备人才试点学校是推行体教结合策略的最佳载体;坚持举国体制指的是坚持"集中力量办大事的精髓";完善"举国体制"指的是革除其不合理的历史表现形式,首当其冲的是革除以专业队为中心的三级训练体制,以大中小学代表队为中心的一条龙式教育训练体制必将是未来举国体制的基石。

To discuss ＂the whole nation system＂, it made the following point on the basis of literature： Combination strategy has a decisive influence on the whole nation system; and pilot school of sport reserve in education sector is the best medium to practice ＂combination of training and teaching＂ .It is proper to uphold the essence of the whole nation system, and to ehminate the specialized team- centered system, alone with other historical pattern, and the school team is the cornerstone. Then, it clarified the relevant issues.
