摘要
通过浸渍-焙烧-浸渍活化处理方法制备水合氧化铈负载天然沸石(HCO—Mz)吸附剂,探讨了该吸附剂对水中磷的吸附性能.研究表明,当Ce(VI)离子浓度为0.050mol/L,在硫酸溶液中加热浸渍,干燥后400℃高温焙烧处理,再经稀硫酸加热活化,80~100℃干燥后制得的HCO-Mz吸附剂,其理论负载铈量m(水合氧化铈)/m(沸石)约为172.5mg/g.采用本研究方法制得的HCO—MZ吸附剂可在pH值为4—8的范围内使用,其吸附行为可很好地采用Langmuir等温方程式进行描述.在室温、磷初始质量浓度为30mg/L、HCO—MZ投加量为30.0g/L的实验条件下得到的磷去除率可达99%,对磷的吸附容量约为0.99mg/g,适用于工业污水处理和生活污水的深度除磷.
Hydrous ceric oxide impregnated zeolites (HCO - MZ) were prepared by mixing a small quantity of natural zeolite with solution of Ce(VI) sulphate, followed by calcination and acid activation treat- ments. The adsorption behavior of,phosphate on the HCO - MZ was studied. The optimal synthetic condition was found as the following: concentration of Ce(VI) at 0. 050 tool/L, heating in 6 mol/L H2SO4 solution for 12 h at 90 ℃, calcination at 400 ℃, activating in dilute H2SO4 solution, drying at 80 - 100℃, resulting in a loading amount of 172. 5 mg/g zeolite. About 99 % removal of phosphate and an adsorption capacity of ca. 0. 99 mg/g could be achieved within 2. 0 h at the initial concentration phosphate of 30 mg/L, dosage of adsorbent at 30. 0 g/L in the natural water pH range of 4 to 8. The adsorption isotherm fitted well to the Langmuir's model.
