摘要
借鉴低速同步电机的驱动特点,提出了一种全数字式SPWM波数字细分驱动技术,将其应用到船舶电罗经复示器的电机控制系统中,实现了一种新型的全数字式步进电机控制系统.它以LF2407ADSP微处理器为控制器件,以专为两相/四相步进电机设计的L298N双全桥驱动芯片为功率驱动器件.
This paper proposed a new implementation of fully digitized micro-step for stepper motor by sine pulse width method, using the features of low-speed synchronous motor's driving technology. Drawing upon these technologies and the integrated DSP control method, a novel motor controlled strategy for electriccompass reviewer was propounded. We develop a DSP-based digital control system for a two-phase hybrid stepper motor that was mainly constructed from a TMS320LF2407A DSP which was used as the core of control part and a dual full-bridge driver L298N which was used as a driving part. The reliability and stepper accuracy of this new control system were tested.
