ADAMS在AJC系统仿真中的应用研究

摘要 应用CAXA软件对机械系统进行参数化实体建模,液压系统采用ADAMS/hydraulic液压模块进行可视化建模.在ADAMS环境下建立了1500型液压踏步系统的仿真模型,实现机械、液压与控制系统动力学联合仿真研究.在同一仿真界面下,准确计算出了液压缸的负载变化规律和液压缸的油压变化规律,讨论了不同参数对踏步控制系统的影响. The parametric entity model was applied to establish a mechanical system by using CAXA software. The hydraulic system was established by visual module by using ADAMS/hydraulic. The dynamic model was established by using ADAMS software for Automatic Jumping Control system (AJC) on the 1 500 product. Then the dynamic co-simulation of hydraulic, control and mechanical system was achieved. In the same simulate interface, changing rules as on loading and pressure of hydraulic cylinder were worked out, and the effects on different parameters of AJC system were also discussed.
