摘要
将维吾尔族"麦西来甫—木卡姆"融入现代健美操课程教学,有利于知识、技能的"内化"和正迁移,尤其在提高学生身体协调性、培养学生接受新知识的能力和创编能力方面能产生积极作用;能有效改善学生的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对等心理健康症状;能促进学生参与创新、学会沟通和参与组织管理,提高学生的社会健康素质;能提高学生学习兴趣,丰富教学内容,提升学生对少数民族传统体育文化的理解力,提高健美操课程教学效果和质量。
Applying the minority popular tradition dance in the modem aerobics teaching indicated that this method is advantageous to the aerobics exercises knowledge, the skill "internalizes" and migrating, improved student's psychologically healthy symptom effectively, improved student's social healthy quality, improve the study interest, has enriched the aerobics exercises course content, has promoted students to the national minority tradition sports culture comprehension faculty, enhanced the aerobics exercises curriculum teaching effect and the quality.
