摘要
本文介绍了一种制备高纯度荧光素钠的新工艺。利用荧光素钠盐在DMF中与乙酰氯酰化,得到荧光素二乙酸酯。荧光素二乙酸酯的易结晶性可使杂质得以分离,再经过皂化、酸化、成盐的过程制得高纯度的荧光素钠。与常规工艺比较,该工艺具有产率高、纯化效果好的特点。产品纯度大于99%,产率大于78%。
We obtained fluorescein diacetate through the acylation reaction of fluorescein sodium in DMF and acetyl chloride. We applied its easy crystallinity to the separation of impurities. We then prepare high-purity fluorescein sodium by saponification, acidification and salification. The positives of the technique are higher production rate and higher purity, as compared with conventional techniques. Its purity greater than 99% and its productivity is greater than 78%.
