摘要
通过在不同初始总氮浓度、总磷浓度、温度变化以及不同光照强度的组合条件下进行室内及室外培养实验,给出大明湖湖水发生水华的变化规律,结果表明,济南市的长期高温天气、大明湖湖水中氮磷比(TN/TP)及其他们浓度的不定期变化都有可能导致水华的发生。研究结果不仅为确定大明湖湖泊状态、揭示湖泊生态系统结构和功能、预知水华的发生提供理论基础,而且为进行大明湖湖水资源的监测、管理和治理,提高湖水的水质以及改善大明湖的生态环境等提供科学依据。
This paper is to explore the changing roles of algae bloom under different TN, TP, temperature and light for Lake Darning trough cultivating its water samples. Experimental results show that long-period high temperature, the ratio of TN and TP and their concentrations can cause algae bloom in Lake Darning. These results can provide not only scientific support for predicting algae bloom in Lake Darning but also scientific information for the management of Lake Darning.
