项目供应链风险传递对策之模块化 被引量:3

摘要 本文在分析了项目型供应链的特点及其风险传递原理的基础上,将模块化的思想应用于风险防范中,采用设计结构矩阵对项目供应链网络进行模块化划分,由此可以简化项目供应链网络结构,降低风险的无效传递,同时实现这种临时组织的扁平化,降低管理难度。
